Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life is full of surprises, and we get it! We understand that sometimes plans change, and you might need to cancel your headshot session. Don't sweat it – we've got you covered with our fair and flexible cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation and Full Refund of Deposit:

Clients are entitled to cancel their headshot session and receive a full refund of the deposit paid, as long as the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. To initiate the cancellation and refund process, clients must notify us via email or phone.

2. Rescheduling without Losing Deposit:

This is your FAQ answer. Make sure your writing is clear and concise, and helps visitors get the support they need in the most efficient manner. 

3. Rescheduling Studio Fee:

If a client requests to reschedule the headshot session within 36 hours before the shoot, a rescheduling studio fee of $25 will be applied to the final balance. This fee helps cover the administrative and logistical costs associated with accommodating last-minute changes.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows:

We highly value punctuality and professionalism. In the event that a client arrives late for their scheduled shoot without prior notice, we will try our best to accommodate them within the remaining time. However, if this results in an incomplete session, the client will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduled session.

5. Photographer's Discretion:

In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies on the part of the assigned photographer, we reserve the right to reschedule the session. We will make every effort to communicate such changes as soon as possible and offer alternative options or a full refund of the deposit if preferred.

6. Force Majeure:

While we aim to provide the best service possible, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that may necessitate rescheduling or cancellation. In such cases, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative.
