Street parking is  available on Sepulveda Blvd or nearest residential streets.

 Garage parking available at $6 per hour, up to $18 daily max; free after 5:30 PM.

If building is locked, please email or text for code  at the door located inside parking garage. It is the back door entrance to the lobby. Do not use directory for access.

Studio located on 2nd floor, suite 201, unlocked for your arrival

Restrooms on the same floor.

Please close the door at all times to minimize noise for other tenants.

No smoking allowed in the building; $200 fee for offenders.
